Long Arm Rental Information

Anyone renting the Nolting Long-arm Machine MUST take a Sew Many Quilts, LLC training class, $50.00 for a two hour session.
Rental Rates
- Nolting Pro Series 24 without Intelliquilter $19.00/hr
- Nolting Pro Series 24 with Intelliquilter $22.50/hr
- No minimum rental period
- Full amount due on the day of rental, CASH ONLY.
- $20.00 deposit paid at time of scheduling to hold appointed rental time.
Deposit will be gladly refunded for cancellations made before 5:00pm two days before scheduled rental time. (example: If you are scheduled for Wed. 10:00am you must cancel by 5:00pm Monday. Deposit will not be refunded after 5:00pm Monday.)
Renter is encouraged to purchase a set of zipper leaders.
Rental Time
1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled time.
2. Clock will start at your scheduled time. ONLY exception is on the fault of Sew Many Quilts.
3. Clock stops when quilt is off the frame.
4. Over time clocked at $15.00 per 15 minutes.
Ripping out stitches Policy:
Please be aware clock does not stop when you are ripping stitches out while quilt is on the frame. It is advisable to purchase the zipper system and remove quilt from frame if you have extensive ripping out to do.
Supplies to bring
- Please bring a scrape of your fabric large enough to test for tension.
- Scissors to cut thread.
- Seam ripper.
- Scissors to cut quilt off frame.
Sew Little Time and Sew Many Quilts have available 108” wide backing fabric, over 2000 bolts of quality fabric, notions, Legacy Batting by Pellon and Superior Threads for all your quilting needs.
One new needle will be include with every quilt you put on the frame.
Additional needles are $.75.
Sew Many Quilts, LLC strongly suggest the use of our quality quilting supplies that have delivered superior quilting results.
